TCM Group International is one of the world’s leading debt collection organisations.

TCM was established in 1987 to combat the rising tide of collection costs in international markets and to manage complex credit collection efforts in global economy.
TCM collects both business and private debts in more than 100 countries.
OK Incure is a shareholder in TCM Group International Ltd, a group of debt collection companies, and has the exclusive right to collect claims of the group in the Republic of Estonia. Furthermore, our status as a shareholder provides our clients with better opportunities for faster and more affordable collection procedures in foreign countries.

We collect debts in accordance with international collection standards. Communication of debt claims to foreign countries is done in accordance with EU Directive 95/46/EC, Commission Decision of 5 February 2010 and Regulation 20110/87/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The regulations and procedures of debt collection can be very variable between countries due to geographic and cultural differences. Local TCM offices serve as experts on domestic debt collection regulations and practices. They maximise the options for immediate extra-judicial collection at limited cost and, if necessary, can design optimum customised solutions for judicial proceedings.

All TCM offices in the world are subject to annual quality and performance reviews to ensure that our clients consistently receive the best possible resolution in every country.
